Acquisitions:

In 2001, we acquired one of our main competitors EPS, then the largest provider of infrastructure management solutions for the Domino Platform. This acquisition led to a substantial growth in Government contracts for System Dynamics.

In 2003, two further acquisitions — the information management division of Connect Global Solutions and the Maintenance Controller division of ESB — established System Dynamics as the primary market leader in the provision of IT solutions using IBM software. The purchase of ESB Maintenance Controller provided System Dynamics with a utilities sector client base.

In 2004, System Dynamics acquired Resolution Technology Ltd, the IT Resourcing and Solutions Development Company jointly owned by IBM and AIB.

In 2006, System Dynamics reached agreement to acquire Software Resources Ltd. Software Resources is the Irish Channel Partner for Oracle JDEdwards, providing software solutions since the company was originally formed in 1984. Software Resources was also a leading provider of Business Intelligence products and consulting services.

In 2008 System Dynamics acquired Systima, our 6th acquisition, a company expert in the implementation of solutions for Life Science clients.
