System Dynamics wins Deloitte ‘Best Managed Companies’ Award

We are very proud to announce that System Dynamics has won a "Deloitte Best Managed Companies" award, for a second year in a row.

The Deloitte Best Managed Companies awards programme, in association with Bank of Scotland (Ireland), was developed to recognise 20 Irish companies on the island of Ireland operating at the highest levels of business performance. The programme identifies the best managed companies through an evaluation process that extends far beyond financial results to include Strategy, Services & Products offered, Leadership and People.

Much of our success to date has been derived from our close client relationships and specifically the behaviours we exhibit when dealing with our clients. We have focused on embedding our key behaviours across all of System Dynamics. This enables us to deliver consistently on our commitments to clients and build strong relationships with them. Talent management is a key objective for the Company and is supported by a detailed development plan for each individual. The Company currently has 24 participants in a Professional Development Program.
