John Sexton

John is Sales Director responsible for our business across all industry sectors and geographies.

He has been leading, selling and consulting within the IT Services industry for over 20 years. John's career began with IBM, spending 7 years in various Account Management positions to banking and insurance clients. In 1994 he joined Unisys as Business Development Manager for Retail Delivery Solutions. In 1997 he was part of a team that carried out an MBO of Unisys in Ireland, forming the JLS group of companies. John was Sales & Marketing Director for the group and in 2000 he became CEO of JLS Software Solutions and spent a number of years in the US in this role.

Prior to joining System Dynamics in 2005, John consulted to the Financial Services sector with both Hamilton-ICLA, a US based operational management consultancy and VISION Consulting, an Irish-headquartered business and IT consultancy.

John holds a 1st class honours degree in engineering from Trinity College Dublin. A former Irish international rugby player John continues to have a keen interest in most sports as a player, coach and spectator.
